1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return products purchased from Apex Inverters within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and documentation

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided

Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Opened or used solar panels, inverters, or power stations

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications

  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase)


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.

To expedite your request, please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the damage or defect

  • A brief description of the issue


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider


5. Exchanges

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover all return shipping fees

Please ensure the product is packaged securely. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.


7. How to Initiate a Return

We will provide instructions and the return address upon approval of your return request.


8. Warranty Claims
