Cancellation Policy

At Apex Inverters, we understand that sometimes plans change. Whether you’ve made a mistake in your order or your needs have changed, our goal is to make the cancellation process as smooth and transparent as possible. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations of orders placed through our website or directly with our sales team.

1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Before Shipment:
    Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not already shipped.

  • After 24 Hours or After Shipment:
    If more than 24 hours have passed or the item has been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a return once the item is received (see our Refunds & Returns Policy).

2. Custom or Special Orders

Custom-built items, special orders, or non-stock products (including modified solar panels, bespoke solar inverter kits, or large-scale generator systems) cannot be canceled once the order has been confirmed and payment processed.

3. How to Cancel an Order

Please include your order number, full name, and reason for cancellation in your request.

4. Refunds on Canceled Orders

  • If your order is canceled within the 24-hour window and the product has not shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If the cancellation is not eligible, no refund will be processed, but you may still initiate a return after delivery if applicable.

5. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a shipment is refused upon delivery or remains unclaimed and is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Return shipping charges

  • A restocking fee of up to 15%

  • Original shipping costs (if applicable)

Refunds in such cases will be issued minus these deductions.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a cancellation request if:

  • The order has already entered the final stage of fulfillment or shipping

  • The product is custom-made or clearly personalized

  • The request is made beyond the eligible time frame
